Teeyana Thomas is an entrepreneur, business owner and an expert in tax preparation. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit it proved to be a catalyst for change in her career. She decided that the time was right to take a chance that she always dreamt of and use all her years of tax experience to go from an independent contractor to business owner.
The result was Dreamy Tax Vision, her very own business where she now enjoys the flexibility of working for herself and being CEO of her own vision. That vision was always to become her own boss, make her own decisions and take her expertise as far as she could. Mostly, however, she just wanted to stop working for others and beat the endless cycle of being exploited by employers who did not value her skills.

Today, Teeyana lives with her wonderful husband Eric and their three children, Skylar, Myahna and Braylin. She always knew that being a busy mother meant that she would have to be as flexible as possible with her business but that hasn’t stopped her expanding. Now she has branched out in other ways and is using her vast knowledge in tax preparation, built up over many years, to teach classes and hold education courses for basic tax preparation.
She hopes that by doing so she will be able to reach many more people who need her help and provide them with the advice and skills they need to make the very best they can of their tax returns.
