My name is Toya Thames a Tax specialist whose a certified Agent based out of the Chicago South Suburban area, I have over 12 years of experience in the tax industry and have served thousands of clients all across the United States.
I started out working under a successful couple who had their tax business located in a real estate office. From there I learned all the ins and outs of how to do taxes for both w-2 only filers and 1099 / small business owners in which I applied to my own life. I also learned valuable tax tips, some important tax laws and rules as well as most importantly, how to avoid IRS red flags and keep my clients audit-less or prepared if it should ever occur.

After years of preparing taxes and educating my clients on the many ways they can increase their refund or reduced their tax liability, I decided to come up with this course not only to inspire new entrepreneurs who want to get in the tax business but to also help Self filers expand their knowledge and save money doing their I own taxes when they are small business owners as well. I also have a passion for helping others so this course will also to help educate those who prefer to go at it alone, on how to do their own taxes more effectively! My goal is to help educate people across the United States , save money on taxes and put more money in their pockets by helping themselves and others if they choose.
