Prosperity Tax Financial Service

My name is Maria Moore ( Whatley) I was born in Decatur Ga, at Dekalb General Hospital.
When I was a child I wasn’t for sure what I wanted to do. I just knew I was created to help people.
I lived in Atlanta Ga, for part of my childhood and finished the remainder in a small town on the south side of Atlanta, name Newnan Ga. I love going to church and singing as well. I’m married and have four children, and can’t forget about my two Yorkies Shadow and Skylar. I’m also on the HOA committee in my neighborhood in Atlanta Ga. I attended Newnan High School and graduated the year 2000, after graduating I went to medical school for two years and realized that wasn’t my passion, so I continued my education and joined the school at H and R block in 2013, in Fulton county to learn how to properly file taxes. I knew then, I found my passion.
I’m very good with numbers, love a challenge, and most of all, I love helping others. I passed my test with flying colors and we had to file taxes the old way with no computers. In 2014 I started my own tax company that goes by the name of Prosperity tax financial service. I rented a small building in East Newnan Ga. The following year 2015 I moved across town to a storefront, where I was introduced to my tax software which I absolutely love and now my software pays me ( Isn’t that wonderful) Each year I’ve documented my clientele. I started off with 50 clients and now it’s hundreds and hundreds of clients. Some I’ve never seen. ( Global) my company is built on Honesty and Integrity. In my field that is very rare to find. That’s what made Prosperity tax financial service so successful. The most rewarding part of my career is my clients. Seeing the smile on their face after educating them and showing them how to become debt-free is amazing. I guarantee you when a client walks into my business, they’re guaranteed to leave with a smile, even if it’s just from encouragement. Going forward Prosperity tax will start an Academy that will have summer and Fall courses to successfully start and run a tax office or any office with Integrity in away they’re guaranteed to be successful. If I could give a younger person any advice, it would be to Always follow your dream and never be scared to walk out on faith.
