As a Tax preparer prepare tax payments, Estimate and track client’s tax returns. We also recommend tax strategies that align with the client’s situation. 

As a notary, I bring my extensive training and professionalism as a Veteran and a Law Enforcement Officer, to make sure you are confident and comfortable during your signing. I have built a track record of being reliable, courteous, and professional who understands the importance of a quality service that customers expect. During the pandemic, I make extra efforts to make sure each signing appointment safe, pleasant, and easy for the signer(s) by following all the recommended CDC safety guidelines, providing them with any supplies they may need, such as masks, gloves, disposable pens, sanitizer, and wipes during the appointment if necessary. My goal is to provide an accurate, detail-oriented positive quality signing experience for all signers and parties involved. I always do my best to accommodate the signer’s schedules. However, with respect to travel distance and time, giving me a minimum 4-hour advance notice would be highly recommended and appreciated for me to arrive at the appointment venue on time with everything prepared. 

The function of a notary public in Texas is to verify the identity of the person(s) signing a document, help deter fraud and ensure that each person understands what they are signing and that they are signing of their own free will. A notary public must be impartial to the transaction. It is not my place to interpret or explain the specific details or terms/conditions of your documents. I may only speak about any document in the most general of terms — what it is and its general purpose.
